Reminders
A few reminders regarding some of the more important pool rules:
- Pool hours are generally 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM unless otherwise posted.
- Sign-in is required. Please ensure you sign in all names of members and any invited guests. Do not share the door code with guests or anyone who is not a member.
- All guests must fill out a guest waiver once per season.
- No pets, bikes, skateboards, etc. are allowed inside the pool area.
- No children under 12 are allowed at the pool without a parent/guardian.
- When lifeguards are not on duty, no one under the age of 16 is allowed within the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.
- If you are the last to leave the pool after lifeguard hours, please close the bathroom doors & front door and make sure all table umbrellas are closed. We also ask that you place any garbage and recycling cans in the ladies room at night to assist in keeping the pool area clean.
- Clean up after yourself, it is important to keep our facility clean.
- Please remember to wear your membership wristband and keep it visible at all times. Please show the lifeguard your wristband upon arrival to the pool.
- Park on the pool side of the street and no turning around in a neighbor's driveway. Please let your guests know this too!

Hemlock Hills Homeowners Corp. (“HHHC”) is a not-for-profit entity formed to own and operate a recreational facility comprising a private community pool (the “Pool”) on behalf of its Members.
The Pool is located outdoors and is operated on a seasonal basis only (generally, late May to early September).
The Pool is intended to be operated as a “specially exempt facility” as per Chapter IX (Public Recreational Bathing, N.J.A.C. 8:26) of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code. Use of the Pool is restricted to the Members of HHHC and their invited guests.
Despite the Pool’s specially-exempt status, HHHC intends to furnish one or more certified lifeguards during certain posted hours for the comfort and safety of its Members and invited guests.
HHHC is governed by a 9-member Board of Directors which are selected by the Members pursuant to its By-Laws.
