Party Rules
All Parties
- Parties are only available to be booked by Hemlock Hill Pool Members.
- Parties must be booked at least 1-week in advance using the web-form on the HHHC site.
- Parties are to begin no earlier than noon and to end no later than 8 pm unless approved in advance by a Board member.
- Must provide for at least 1 lifeguard for every 10 children in attendance (lifeguard to be provided by HHHC only).
- Must last no longer than 2 hours unless approved by a Board member (subject to additional fees).
- The hosting Member is strictly responsible for the conduct and the cleanliness of the group.
- Any hosting Member that does not properly clean-up or otherwise maintain the proper conduct of the group will be subject to a penalty fee of $50 and may be barred from hosting subsequent Parties.
- Remember all other Pool Rules apply to the participants of the Party.
- The maximum number of people permitted per Party is 30.
- Parties should not be overly loud (no yelling, loud music, etc.).
- Must not overlap with another scheduled party.
- Fees are as follows:
- $150 Party Fee plus lifeguard surcharge (see below)
- 1 guard (10 children or less) = $25 per hour (2 hours max)
- 2 guards (11 children or more) = $25 per hour per guard (2 hours max)
- $50 fee incurred if area is not cleaned up after party
